Mary J. Blige’s My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act 1) is currently in stores and has shaped up to be a solid release. She recruited a lot of top-billed artists to collaborate with her on the project, but the most unusual name out of the pack belongs to actress Taraji P. Henson . Last month, Taraji revealed that she had signed a record deal while on the red carpet of Black Girls Rock, but who knew she could rap? On the track “Get it Right,” Taraji shows off her skills in a short verse about a guy who didn’t know how to keep her:
