Overbrook Entertainment (Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith) and Flavor Unit Entertainment (Queen Latifah's company) will be partnering with Sony Pictures Television to produce a new daytime syndicated talk show with Queen Latifah as host, reports USA TODAY's Gary Levin.
